Drivers Stepping Up

Ryan Phipps

Ryan Phipps is a Late Model and Modified driver, but he is also a father of two young Bandolero drivers. His kids have struggled with bullies so Ryan wanted to help Race to End Bullying. He asked us to come to the race track as he had a surprise awaiting us. He ran the Race to End Bullying logo on his Late Model hood as big as he could get it and helped us spread our message to be kind.

After the race was over, he asked our advocate Natalie Waters to join her on the front stretch where he donated his hood to the cause. Together, he and Natalie spoke to the thousands of fans both there in person and watching via Floracing.com about the difference they are trying to make and how it takes every single one of us. If we make it our goal to make everyone we encounter smile just once, we have made an impact on their mental health that day.
